Product Description

Pvb film is a macromolecule material produced by the polyvinyl butyral, plasticizer and addictives through extrusion. Pvb film is semitransparent membrane, without the impurity. It occupies the good flexibility, smooth surface and a certain roughness. Pvb film also is well-sticking to inorganic glass and becoming the best gluey material in the world of making laminated safety glass at present.
Safety laminated glass refers to glasses of two pieces or more are laminated the pvb film through HPHT. The film can shield the penetration, thermal, sound, what more it is UV resistant. With these functions, the pvb film is adopted to the automobile windscreen, architectural curtain wall, bullet proof glass and so forth. As technology forwarding to, the application field can also be expanded to the aerospace, photovoltaic and so on.
