We have 3 production lines and the main part are imported from USA and France.

We have PVB RESIN raw material production lines since 1985.
JIAHUA PVB is produced by extrusion of PVB resin, plasticizer and additives. Due to its excellent transparency, heat resisting and elasticity, our PVB is widely used for laminated safety glass manufacture for automotive windscreen and architectural application.
PVB helps laminated glass to shield not only UV radiation but also sound and heat, making glass comfortable, decorative and energy-saving.

| Anti-penetration: |
Laminated glass cannot be easily segmented by common or normal glass cutter. Even with other heavy tools, laminated
glass is still not easy to break. It helps to enhance the security in both architectures and automotives. Contradictory to
laminated glass, tempered glass, those glass without PVB interlayer can be broken by either hammers or heavy tools. |

| PVB laminated glass has a good sound insulation effect. Noise from outside is effectively shielded out, allowing users to stay away from disturbances. |
| Thermal resistance: |
| PVB film can block infrared radiation and minimize the heating effect from sunlight. With stable colored PVB intermediate film in the laminated glass shall control the increasing heat by absorbing the UR(ultraviolet ray), visible light and IR (infrared ray). |
| UV resistance: |
| PVB film reduces 99% of UV radiation, preventing sunburn and skin cancer even under long exposure of the sun. So human can gain extra protection from UV. Apart from this, it also prevents depigmentation of furniture in houses with PVB laminated glass. |
