JIAHUA PVB is produced by extrusion of PVB resin, plasticizer and additives. Due to its excellent transparency, heat resisting and elasticity, our PVB is widely used for laminated safety glass manufacture for automotive windscreen and architectural application.
PVB helps laminated glass to shield not only UV radiation but also sound and heat, making glass comfortable, decorative and energy-saving.
Safety
Normal laminated glass tends to shatter after strong impact. Due to the high adhesion of PVB film, the laminated glass fragments can adhere on the interlayer film without shattering. It would help to reduce the most injuries of casualties.
Anti-penetration
Laminated glass can not be easily segmented by common or normal glass cutter. Even with other heavy tools, laminated glass still not easy to break. It helps to enhance the security in both architectures and automotives. Contradictory to laminated glass, tempered glass, those glass without PVB interlayer can be broken by either hammers or heavy tools.
Sound reduction
PVB laminated glass has a good sound insulation effect. Noise from outside is effectively shielded out, allowing users to stay away fron disturbances.
Thermal resistance
PVB film can block infrared radiation and minimize the heating effect from sunlight. With stable colored PVB intermediate film in the laminated glass shall control the increasing heat by absorbing the UR( ultravilet ray), visible light and IR (infrared ray).
UV resiatance
PVB film reduces 99% of UV radiation, preventing sunburn and skin cancer even under long exposure of the sun. So human can gain extra protection from UV. Apart from this, it also prevents depigmentation of furniture in houses with PVB laminated glass.

Clear PVB film usually used for architectural laminated glass, for example , large high-rise building glass wall, windows and doors ,floor, stairs steps and fence, shower room and skylight.
It can be used for bulletproof glass too.

Every layer is isolated by PE film , outside is foil bag, then packaged in the plywood box or fibre can .
Delivery : 15 days after receipt of prepayment.
